Metro Delhi International School is a growing and vibrant educational community.The students get much personal attention from teachers with the current teacher to student ratio. The teaching staff at MDIS is qualified, visionary, and passionate about their subject areas, their students, and work in North India.

MDIS students are bright and full of life; these are young people that have met many challenges and many joys as they have travelled and lived cross-culturally. The goal of this school is to provide a high quality international education for those students that live in this part of the world. Most of these students are part of the growing world-wide population of Third Culture Kids - those children that have spent a good part of their formative years living in a culture other than their own. These students bring a much different twist to education than do students that are among their own people, in their own culture, learning and growing in their own language. Major questions in the minds and hearts of these students frequently are:Where do I belong? Where is home? The aim of MDIS is to provide a place where these students can feel a sense of community, a sense of belonging, and to develop strong relationships with other students and staff alike. All this set in an atmosphere that encourages learning and leadership at all levels.

MDIS staff and students also take advantage of the vibrant Indian culture in which we live and learn.Teachers and students work together to provide a learning environment in which all feel ownership, get involved and learn to be leaders in their spheres of influence. Here at MDIS, we believe in the God-given potential that resides within each one of our young people. We exist to provide a college preparatory education, with educational learning opportunities which integrate faith and learning, primarily for the dependents of expatriates, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) who live in the Metro Delhi area.Please come for a visit- MDIS can become your school home too.
