When does the academic year begin in MDIS?


In MDIS the academic year starts from the last week of July and ends in the May of the following year. The current School Year 2020-21 begins on 28 July 2020 and ends on 28 May 2021. You can download our comprehensive school year calendar at https://www.mdis.net/calendar.




Are you currently conducting your class online?


Yes we are! In fact, we moved seamlessly online as MDIS has been using Google Classrooms since 2011. Our small class sizes (12-15 students per class) is ideal for a virtual classroom. We will be online at least until 9 October 2020 and possibly until 18 of December 2020 if there is no improvement in the current situation.

What is the curriculum followed by Metro Delhi International School?


MDIS primarily follows the New York Common Core Curriculum. MDIS is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The MDIS High School Diploma is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to the 10+2 system in Indian schools.
